We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in managing projects for international clients who is currently based at Ukraine, preferably Kyiv.
As an Agile Project Manager at EL Passion, you will:
- oversee and facilitate the delivery process of software development project(s) (design and development of web and mobile apps)
- ensure the use of best Agile software development practices
- coordinate work between different tech teams (design, frontend, backend, devops etc.)
- support, motivate and counsel the project team members
- work closely with the client, manage estimations, budgets and timelines, educate about the processes if needed
- create and maintain spaces for communicating and file sharing
- create or participate in the creation of backlogs and other project documentation
In order to succeed (must-haves), you need to:
- have experience in managing software development projects (at least 2 years)
- have experience gained in a software house
- be familiar with web or/and mobile application development process
- speak and write excellent English (at least at C1 level), fluent Ukraininan and Polish at minimum B1 level
- have advanced communication skills
- have a good understanding of Agile, especially Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- have at least good working knowledge of Jira
- have ability to build relationships with clients and to recognize and address their business needs
