Working as a Lead Generation Specialist at EL Passion means:

  • Working closely collaborating with Marketing and Business Development teams 
  • Creating outbound campaigns targeted at international markets
  • Tracking the results of outbound campaigns and drawing conclusions from the available data
  • Suggesting new approaches to lead generation
  • Being responsible for prospecting and lead qualification
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing 
  • Supporting creation and execution of our marketing and sales strategy 
  • Suggesting new channels, tools, or solutions to support our marketing efforts

  • You have experience in lead generation campaigns and understand how to tailor a message to the targeted audience 
  • You have a track record of successful lead generation campaigns
  • You've used Woodpecker, Sales Navigator, Apollo, PipeDrive or their alternatives
  • You like to communicate, test new solutions, come up with new ideas 
  • You know how to set KPIs and measure the results 
  • You are writing and speaking excellent English (C1 level) 

You can stand out from other candidates if:

  • You have experience in working for a software development agency/digital product development studio
