The goal was to elevate the user experience within the mobile application by providing instant, personalized guidance on photo quality. Recognizing that users seeking assistance might find navigating through forums or technical documents cumbersome, the team sought to offer a direct, intuitive, and immediate in-app support system. The challenge was to deliver rapid, contextual advice, enabling users to understand and improve their shots without leaving the app's environment.

## What We Did

### Developed an AI-Powered, Scalable Support System Within the App

 

We built a fully integrated AI solution that analyzes user-submitted photos and questions to generate relevant responses instantly. The system ensures users get the help they need in seconds, all within the familiar app environment.

## Implementation Breakdown

### Three Phases from Integration to Admin Control Panel

 

- **Phase 1 – Core Infrastructure:**  
  Set up Firebase Cloud Functions and integrated the OpenAI API to form the technical backbone.
- **Phase 2 – Intelligent Prompt Design:**  
  Developed smart prompt engineering for accurate image and text analysis and response generation.
- **Phase 3 – Manual Oversight:**  
  Launched an admin panel (hosted on Firebase) for reviewing and validating AI-generated responses to maintain quality.

We introduced a dual-validation system combining automatic scoring with manual admin ratings to refine AI outputs. This ensured high-quality, reliable responses and allowed for continual improvement of prompts.
