We are looking for an experienced Chief Growth Officer to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations, client retention, and acquisition. The CGO role is a key member of the senior management team and will work closely with our CEO and CTO. The goal of the CGO position is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve growth.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team and tech&design team leads to increase client satisfaction.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
  • Development of agency services.
  • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO and other key executive team members.
  • Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
  • Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in sales funnel development and process building in a B2B service company
  • Experience in creating financial modeling, preparing strategies and business plans
  • Understanding different business functions, as well as a startup or IT environment
  • Fluent English (min. C1)
