As an HR Generalist at EL Passion, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for executing HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
This is a part-time (0,5 - 0,8 FTE) role, with the requirement to work partly onsite from our Warsaw-based office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- In-house - searching for super-talents by creating job descriptions and advertisements that attract the best and most suited individuals to EL Passion. Closely cooperating with hiring managers, conducting and organizing interviews with candidates, through which we can verify the true skills of the candidates.
- External - developing and building an external and freelancer database, closely cooperating with partners to ensure continuity and availability of talent
- Onboarding and Offboarding - ensuring a warm, yet high-quality welcome for new EL Passioners and making their start as smooth as possible. And in cases where we have to say goodbye, taking care of ensuring that everyone leaves with good memories.
- HR Administration - responsible for ensuring that everything is up to date with documents and procedures, from contracts to work certificates.
- Compensation and Benefits Management - Working with the accounting and finance firm to ensure that all compensations and benefits are correctly calculated and distributed.
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role - recruitment, administration, operations.
- Vast experience in IT recruitment and a good understanding of the specifics of working in a software house/agency.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willingness to work partly onsite (office at Plac Europejski)
- Fluent in Polish and English proficiency at least B2 level
- A proactive, problem-solving, and "can-do" attitude
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
