  • Supporting daily activities of the Sales Team (bringing new business, account management, improvements & learning).
  • Contributing to Team projects and participating in the Team weekly meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with our network of trusted Partners (other agencies).
  • Collecting feedback and proposing improvements (such as coming up with actionable insights by combining data from multiple sources, automating manual processes, etc.).
  • Maintaining sales databases (e.g. CRM, internal Project Database, team's knowledge base).
  • Handling inquiries (90% email, 10% phone)
  • Participating in lead generation (in collaboration with Marketing Team).
  • Ensuring timely invoice settlements by the clients


  • Interest in sales and software design/development with the ambition to develop your career in those fields.
  • Practical knowledge and fluency with MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Outstanding communication skills (Polish and English).
  • Organized, positive, and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to plan and execute in short and long-term.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently, with attention to detail.
  • Fairness and honesty are a must (the team is based on trust).
  • Natural knack for challenges and problem solving.
  • Location: Warsaw (with the possibility to work part-time remotely after the 3 months trial period).

    Nice to have:
    • experience in a sales support or sales-related role (in any field),
    • basic knowledge of tools like: Pipedrive CRM, Notion, Slack, MacBook.
