We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in selling complex/customizable solutions or services to international clients.
The role of the Business Development Representative at EL Passion is a combined role of a "traditional" Sales Representative (roughly 60-70% of the time) and Account Management (30-40% of the time).
In this role, you will:
- be the face of EL Passion in contact with potential clients (mostly inbound), their advisor, and the bridge between the client and EL Passion
- help clients choose EL Passion as their partner by understanding their needs and goals, educating them, and creating offers for tailored solutions
- own the process of creating the offers for our custom solutions with the help of our design & development teams
- negotiate the terms of collaboration & close the deals
- cooperate internally with our Agile Project Managers and Project Teams to ensure a smooth project start and ensure an exceptional client experience
- identify and maximize new business opportunities with clients
- support outbound activities (including short international trips)
- take part in improving our internal processes
In order to succeed (must-haves), you need to:
- have previous experience in a similar position (sales/account management)
- have previous experience & proven track record in selling complex/customizable solutions or services
- have an understanding of the process of software development and can advise clients about technological strategies
- speak excellent business English (at least C1) and fluent Polish
- have a professional yet approachable attitude
- work well in a team while achieving your individual goals
- have a drive for self-improvement, sharing knowledge, giving and accepting feedback
- have a proactive mindset, always striving to improve client experience and our processes
- be a natural problem solver, have an inborn curiosity
