Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in selling or managing complex, tailor-made IT services to international clients.

The role of Account Manager at EL Passion role is a combined role of an Account Manager (roughly 70-80% of the time) and “traditional” Sales Representative (handling inbound leads, roughly 20-30% of the time)

As an Account Manager at EL Passion, you will:

  • build and maintain strong relationships with our clients based on trust and partnership
  • identify and maximize new business opportunities with our clients, help them grow their businesses with the help of our services
  • work closely with our Agile Project Managers and Project Teams to ensure the exceptional client experience
  • own the processes of creating custom solutions with the help of our design & development teams
  • take care of all the formal aspects of the cooperation (contracts, invoices, complaints, etc.), as well as re-negotiating cooperation terms if needed
  • for the smaller part of the role, be the face of EL Passion in contact with inbound leads, the first line of contact, advisor and the bridge between the client and EL Passion

In order to succeed (must-haves), you need to:

  • have previous experience in a similar position (sales/account management)
  • have previous experience & proven track record in selling or managing complex, tailor-made IT services or projects
  • have strong negotiation skills
  • speak excellent business English (C1+), fluent Polish
  • have a professional yet approachable attitude
  • work well in a team while achieving your individual goals
  • have a drive for self-improvement, sharing knowledge, giving and accepting feedback
  • have a proactive mindset, always striving to improve client experience and our processes
  • be a natural problem solver, have an inborn curiosity

We will appreciate (nice-to-haves) if you:

  • have worked at a software house
  • have an understanding of the process of software development and can advise clients about technological strategies
  • are familiar with the Scrum project management methodology
  • boost a network of contacts and establish relationships in the US/EU/Nordics markets
  • are keen on new technologies and interested in the international startup environment
